Most real estate transactions are straightforward. Liz Samuels built her career on the ones that are not. Since 2005, Liz has closed 218 transactions across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles. She works with senior homeowners on rightsizing, sells homes through probate and trust as a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist, and runs Proposition 19 property tax basis numbers before her clients ever list. Her short sale experience is current, not historical: one closed in 2025 and another underway in 2026. She also works with veterans using VA financing. Liz holds the ABR®, SFR® and RENE certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®. A home in a trust after a parent passes. A seller who owes more than the house is worth.
